Task

Bring scattered rental portfolio operations into a clear interface where property cards, occupancy, planning, and financial control are connected with daily work.

What was built

• Designed property cards with key parameters, statuses, and quick access to related operations.
• Built an occupancy calendar and monthly planning flow so users can see load and prepare actions by period.
• Added finance plan versus actuals, income and expense tracking, and documents linked to a property and period.
• Connected operational tasks with properties and documents so work does not disappear between spreadsheets and chats.
• Built a connected data flow between property cards, occupancy, finance, documents, and tasks.

Implemented result

The result is a connected management loop: a user can see a property, occupancy, plan, actuals, documents, and tasks in one workflow instead of assembling the picture from separate files.

Financial plans, documents, and tasks depend on timely updates to property cards, income, expenses, and files.
